Forbes Diamonds

Independent specialists have yet again appreciated the development of Activ investment.
The increasing number of investments translates into more flats built and growing   company turnover and value. It is thanks to this criterion that the company has  again been awarded the “Forbes Diamonds” by the world-famous economic   monthly “Forbes” as a company which generates revenues between 50 and 250    million zlotys. It means that Activ Investment still develops, despite the economic  situation.

Business Credibility Certificate

Activ Investment Sp. z o.o. is credible in business terms – it was appreciated by
the International Credit Agency “Dun & Bradstreet”, which awarded our company a certificate testifying to 

its business credibility. The “D&B” assessment of credibility and stability of the companies under analysis is based on:

• Analysis of payment morality according to the Dun Trade program
• Analysis of financial indices of the latest available financial statements
• The largest relational database of corporate and personal connections
  in Poland

It is worth adding that “D&B”, which comes from the USA, has been providing knowledge and services necessary for taking reliable and safe business decisions for over 165 years and that it currently operates in all inhabited continents,
in most countries of the world.

Business Cheetah

Activ Investment Sp. z o.o. was awarded the title of “Business Cheetah”.

“Business Cheetah” is a title granted to construction companies which develop dynamically and whose market value is on the increase. The organiser is the editorial team of Magazyn Przedsiębiorców   “Europejska Firma”. The ranking included as many as 2671 construction companies,

whose market value     and two years’ dynamics were calculated in July 2011 at the request of the Modern Business Institute by the InfoCredit Credit Bureau. “Cheetahs” were granted to those enterprises whose market value increased   in the period from 31 March 2008 to 31 March 2010 by at least 10 per cent.

Symbol 2011

The dynamic development of the Activ Investment company (the company is currently implementing 11 investments at the same time – in Kraków, Katowice, Zabrze and Wrocław) has been appreciated again – we received a nomination for the title of “Symbol 2011”.

Symbols 2011 are an elite Polish promotional programme run by the editorial team of Monitor Rynkowy in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. The Symbols are an expression of appreciation of the operation and achievements to date compared to the entire Polish business in individual sectors. Gazeta honours those companies whose brand has become representative and reflects the operation of the entire sector. The objective of the programme run by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna is to mean the most dynamic company in the country when writing and saying: Activ Investments Sp. z o.o.

The nomination is the effect of independent gathering of data, analysis of the market and preliminary verification of companies which are most worthy of the title by the editorial team of Monitor Rynkowy in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.

Quality of the Year 2011

Activ Investment, which follows its motto “Focus on quality”, received a nomination for the sixth edition of the “Quality of the Year 2011” competition. The organiser is the editorial team of Biznes Raport in Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and Polskie Centrum Badań i Certyfikacji S.A. 

The title of “Quality of the Year 2011” is awarded by the newspaper in the following categories: product, service and ecology. The basic criterion for determining the winner is pro-quality approach to company management.

Activ Investment is a member of the Association of Home Builders – it has been admitted to the Association as a reliable and credible company which observes the rules of commercial ethics.






 

2010

Forbes Diamonds – distinction in the prestigious ranking of Polish enterprises which increase their value the fastest. Activ Investment was in the group of companies which generate revenues ranging from PLN 50 to 250 million. The distinction awarded by the Forbes monthly magazine is excellent evidence that Activ Investment, which has been operating for 14 years, not only successfully resisted the global economic crisis and collapse on the Polish real property market, but also proved to bea company which constantly develops and whose investments are an economic success.
