The ‘Four Towers  complex means not only flats and apartments – it will ultimately feature additional 6 500 m² of retail and service space. The first stage (Tower A) will provide over 1 260 m²for such activity.

The windows and entrances of service units will be located both from the side
of ul. Chorzowska and the housing estate of Tysiąclecie. What is important, the size and arrangement of the unit will depend on Customers’ expectations. Minimum size of units is 180 m².

Running activity in a place like the ‘Four Towers’ has many advantages:

• The investment is perfectly visible and accessible both to those travelling by personal and public transport – it is only 5 km away from the city centre. Ul. Chorzowska is one of the most important arterial roads in the region.

• The ‘Four Towers’ are located on the largest housing estate in Katowice.
  It is inhabited by over 20 thousand people. Every unit will be known to all residents
  of the estate.

• The ‘Four Towers’ are situated in such a specific place that they will be recognised  by residents of Katowice, the entire Silesian agglomeration, the province and other regions of Poland. It is thanks to the location of the investment – between the Silesian Stadium and the main entrance to the Provincial Park of Culture and Leisure.

• It is the venue of the most important sports events in the region and huge cultural events, e.g. concerts by world-famous stars like U2, Rolling Stones, The Police and  Metallica. The Park in Chorzów, the ‘Green Island’ on the map of Katowice, is one
  of the largest urban parks in Europe, visited by tens of thousands of people.
