The construction of Phase I of the Nova Mikołowska investment has been completed. The building has already received final occupancy permits, and in the coming days, we will commence the process of handing over the apartments.
The investment involves the construction of 2 residential and commercial buildings in the quarter of Mikołowska / Raciborska / Strzelecka streets in Katowice. In addition to 353 apartments and 20 commercial premises, the investment includes attractive green recreational areas located in 2 private courtyards and 3 public squares, with a total area of over 2000 m².
We began the construction of Phase I (Building B) in the third quarter of 2020. The investment has consistently attracted significant interest from both investment and private clients. 187 apartments were sold long before the completion of construction.
Currently, Phase II of the Nova Mikołowska investment (Building A) is under construction. All apartments and commercial premises have already been sold, and the completion of construction works is scheduled for the end of this year.
Nova Mikołowska is our fourth investment in Katowice. Previously, in the capital of Upper Silesia, we completed residential estates on Chorzowska Street, Krzywoustego Street, and Karoliny Street.
