The construction of the first stage of the Nova Mikołowska investment has been completed. The building has already received a valid occupancy permit and in the coming days we will start the procedure of transferring apartments.
The investment assumes the construction of 2 residential and service buildings in the quarter of Mikołowska / Raciborska / Strzelecka streets in Katowice. In addition to 353 apartments and 20 service premises, the investment provides attractive green recreational areas located in 2 private courtyards and 3 public squares with a total area of over 2000 m².
We started the construction of the first stage (building B) in the third quarter of 2020. From the very beginning, the investment attracted great interest from both investment and private clients. 187 apartments were sold long before the construction was completed.
Currently, the second stage of the Nova Mikołowska investment (Building A) is under construction. All apartments and service premises are already sold, and the completion of construction works is planned for the end of this year.
Nova Mikołowska is our fourth investment in Katowice. Earlier, in the capital of Upper Silesia, we implemented housing estates at Chorzowska, ul. Krzywoustego and ul. Karoliny.
