Braniborska 44 is located in the center of Wroclaw, just 1 km from the Market Square. The project assumed the construction of 2 residential and service buildings connected by a common patio, landscaped with greenery and elements of small architecture. On the first floor, on the side of Braniborska Street, service premises with large glass windows were envisaged. The investment includes 319 apartments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The design and realization of the Braniborska 44 project received an honorable mention in the 2021 Fa\u00e7ade of the Year <\/strong>competition and was nominated for the finals of the 2022 Life Challenge <\/strong>international competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
