Construction of a new investment in Krakow has begun!<\/strong> P\u0142aszowski Pond II, the latest project on Wodna Street, is the fourth and final investment in the area. The building has 31 apartments planned, and construction work has just begun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activ Investment has concentrated its activities in P\u0142asz\u00f3w in recent years, with projects such as Wodna 34, Wodna II and Staw P\u0142aszowski. Now it's time for Staw P\u0142aszowski II, which represents the last opportunity to buy an apartment in this part of the city. Potential buyers should hurry, almost 50% of the apartments are already sold.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
