Our Nova Miko\u0142owska residential complex in Katowice has been nominated for the prestigious SARP 2024 Award! Out of over 80 submitted projects, the jury selected the best realizations for the final stage. Our design was shortlisted in the \"Multi-family Residential Building\" category and features two buildings with commercial units, seamlessly integrated into the historic area of Old Katowice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our goal was to create a space that complements the historic architecture of the city center, connecting the dynamic character of the Downtown with welcoming plazas and squares. We focused on openness and accessibility, which is emphasized through numerous arcades and gateways leading into the courtyards, creating smooth connections with the surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
