Braniborska 44, designed by the Arch_it studio, was awarded by the Architektura Murator monthly as one of the most interesting residential investments in Poland. This prestigious recognition underlines the unique character of our investment and motivates us to continue working on ambitious projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building is located in the New Downtown area of \u015awiebodzki, in an area of former post-industrial land. The architects created a closed quarter with an elevated courtyard, providing residents with a private enclave. The body of the building is monolithic, with distinctive cutouts and a richly decorated front elevation. The elegant entrance area with gold-colored coffers creates a representative accent, attracting attention with its form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
