We are proud to announce that our Nova Miko\u0142owska development in Katowice, designed by ucees<\/a> architectural studio , has been awarded the SARP 2024 Award of the Year for the best multi-family building. \ud83e\udd47<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This prestigious award is one of the most highly regarded in Polish architecture, given by the Association of Polish Architects, and recognizes architectural excellence and a modern approach to the design of urban spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nova Miko\u0142owska estate is a project that harmoniously integrates contemporary architectural solutions with the character of Katowice's historic buildings. The complex, located in the strategic quarter of Miko\u0142owska, Raciborska and Strzelecka streets, consists of two residential and commercial buildings. The development includes 353 modern apartments and 20 commercial units, which enrich the retail and service offer for residents. In addition, the project includes more than 2,000 sqm of recreational areas arranged in courtyards and open squares, creating a friendly space for relaxation and social integration. The overall design provides a modern and comfortable living space in the heart of Katowice, with excellent access to city amenities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
