We have completed the purchase of a plot of land located at Przew\u00f3z Street (Podg\u00f3rze district). The construction of a multi-family residential building is planned for this site in the near future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the design assumptions, the investment will include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>one 8-story residential building,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>68 units of various sizes (from approximately 37 to 79 m\u00b2),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parking spaces \u2013 both in the underground garage, on the ground floor, and outside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>An excellent location to live<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The location on Przew\u00f3z Street is a convenient place for everyday life \u2013 there is a tram and bus stop nearby, from which you can easily get to the city center and other districts of Krakow. Within a short walk (approx. 20 minutes) is the Bagry Reservoir \u2013 a popular place for relaxation and recreation, especially in summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Current stage: formal preparations<br>Preparatory work related to the implementation of the investment is currently underway, including the preparation of documentation and final design work.
