We are pleased to announce that the sale of apartments in the Staw P\u0142aszowski II development has been officially completed. All 31 units have found their owners \u2013 thank you for your tremendous interest and trust in us.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Staw P\u0142aszowski II is the fourth and final development by Activ Investment on Wodna Street in Krakow. In recent years, we have focused our activities on P\u0142asz\u00f3w \u2013 a district which, thanks to its excellent location, proximity to recreational areas, and convenient public transport links, is gaining increasing recognition among the residents of Krakow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of our previous investments in this area \u2013 Wodna 34, Wodna II, Staw P\u0142aszowski I, and Staw P\u0142aszowski II \u2013 have been very well received. Staw P\u0142aszowski II concludes this series as a unique project, both in terms of location and standard of construction. An intimate building with only 31 apartments, glazed balconies, green gardens on the ground floor, and attention to every architectural detail \u2013 all this has contributed to the success of this investment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intensive construction work is currently underway on the site, which will be completed at the end of September 2025. Then, after technical acceptance and formalities, the handover of keys is planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not the end of our activities in P\u0142asz\u00f3w!<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Although the Staw P\u0142aszowski II project has come to an end, Activ Investment is not slowing down. On August 26, 2025, we launched our new investment in P\u0142asz\u00f3w \u2013 M\u00f3j Przew\u00f3z.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is a modern, 8-story building with 68 apartments of various sizes, ideal for singles, couples, and families. Its location on Przew\u00f3z Street provides quick access to the city center, green areas, and full urban infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
