In mid-2025, we purchased one of the best-located plots in the city center \u2013 at the intersection of Miko\u0142owska and Strzelecka streets. This is where an intimate, premium-class building with 18 apartments will be built, designed with comfort and high quality of life in mind. Surrounded by greenery, the investment will soon enrich the Katowice real estate market.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conceptual and design work is currently underway, as are procedures related to obtaining the necessary administrative permits. Construction is scheduled to begin later this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new development will be located in the vicinity of the NOVA Miko\u0142owska housing estate \u2013 an Activ Investment project that has been a sales success and has been recognized in prestigious architectural competitions for its urban coherence and design quality. Prices for the apartments will start at PLN 10,850 per m\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The location of the plot in the immediate vicinity of the center of Katowice provides excellent access to urban infrastructure, universities, and cultural institutions, while maintaining peace and privacy.
