Heavy equipment has entered the site located between G\u00f3rna and Dolna streets. The first phase will deliver two buildings \u2014 B1 and B3 \u2014 with 34 apartments each. Within the first week of works, several units were already sold, confirming strong demand from both owner-occupiers and investors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A new chapter following a sold-out project on Dolna Street<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The housing estate on G\u00f3rna Street continues the concept of the previously completed and fully sold-out residential development on Dolna Street.
