On 23 September, we celebrated the official opening of ZEITRAUM Rac\u0142awicka in Krakow \u2014 a modern building delivered by Activ Investment for ZEITGEIST Asset Management. This is an important milestone, as the project was conceived with a clear purpose from the very beginning: to create a place that meets the real needs of today\u2019s city residents \u2014 comfortable, functional and designed for everyday ease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Unique Concept: Student Residence and Rental Apartments in One Place<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

EITRAUM Rac\u0142awicka combines a modern student residence with a rental apartment component. The building offers stylish, fully furnished units as well as shared spaces that encourage community and an active lifestyle. Residents have access to, among others, a yoga room, a games room, shared kitchens and spacious terraces \u2014 areas created for meeting, relaxing and building connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the event, Zdena Noack, CEO of ZEITRAUM, spoke alongside Tomasz D\u0105browski (ZEITGEIST Asset Management Poland) and Thomas Podstawski (Activ Investment), who officially opened the complex together. The speeches highlighted what matters most in projects of this scale: the tremendous effort of the teams involved, consistency in delivery and attention to quality at every stage of the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EThe result of this joint work is a modern ZEITRAUM building, BREEAM-certified, combining a high standard of living with a convenient location just minutes from Krakow\u2019s city centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 182 fully furnished PRS (Private Rented Sector) apartments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Both parts are operated by ZEITRAUM Hospitality & Living \u2014 a subsidiary of Zeitgeist Asset Management specialising in modern accommodation solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
