The buildings are equipped with silent elevators and modern common areas, enhancing everyday comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Greenery as a key element of the concept<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Landscape architecture is an integral part of the project. The development will include over 160 trees and more than 400 m\u00b2 of shrubs and ornamental plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The location ensures a balance between a quiet environment and access to urban infrastructure.
