Activ Investment has started the construction of a new investment in Krakow. Wodna 34 is located in the area of P\u0142asz\u00f3w, between the P\u0142asz\u00f3w Pond and the Bagry Lagoon, which is undoubtedly the biggest asset of the investment. 65 apartments will be built in the intimate building.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the investment, a 5-storey building with 65 apartments with an area of 25 to 79 m2 will be constructed. The apartments on the ground floor will have green gardens, while those on the upper floors will have loggias and large balconies. A total of 66 parking spaces will be prepared for residents, located both in the garage and in the above-ground parking lot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building was put up for sale in the first half of November and attracted a lot of interest from the very beginning. More than 30% of the apartments are already sold and many of them are covered by reservations. - says Monika Kude\u0142ko, Director of Marketing Strategy and Communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are also reasons to be satisfied at the construction site. The weather conditions are favorable and due to the lack of large frosts or heavy snowfall, the works are proceeding according to the schedule. Heavy equipment has already entered the construction site, which prepares the ground for pouring the foundation slab. \u2013 he adds.

A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE
<\/strong>P\u0142asz\u00f3w offers its residents many attractions. The proximity of the Bagry Lagoon, which is one of Krakow's favorite bathing areas, numerous bicycle paths and the P\u0142aszowski Pond itself, which will be revitalized in the near future, make you want to live there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Undoubtedly, the investment also has good access to public transport stops, from which the investment will be 450 m (6 min.) as well as the proximity to the King Square Shopping Center. (1 km)
