Construction Has Reached a Significant Milestone!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The construction of the investment project located on Rac\u0142awicka Street, undertaken by us for Zeitgeist Asset Management, has reached a significant milestone. We proudly unveil the building's fa\u00e7ade, which is an exceptional project of immense importance to this part of Krakow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite the advanced stage of construction, there is still much work ahead related to finishing the turnkey apartments. Our aim is to create a space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and comfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the Investment <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The development on Raclawicka Street started in the second quarter of 2022. This ambitious project, commissioned by Zeitgeist Asset Management, aims to provide a modern living environment for residents and students, bringing a new level of quality to the local property market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The eight-storey building with an underground garage will be divided into two parts. The first part consists of 182 serviced flats, occupying approximately 6,222 square metres of floor space. The second part consists of 249 rooms for students, occupying approximately 4,650 square metres of floor space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The investment project on Rac\u0142awicka Street aligns with the principles of sustainable development. We are proud to have subjected it to BREEAM certification, confirming our commitment to environmental preservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
