Activ Investment – 2025: a year of growth and consolidation on local markets
The year 2025 at Activ Investment was marked by strengthening our position in well-known markets, consistently developing new locations, and completing important projects that are now functioning as finished, inhabited housing estates. Krakow, Katowice, Gliwice, and Warsaw – something happened in each of these markets that has really changed the local housing landscape. In total, we sold over 260 apartments in these four cities.
Katowice – Nowa Kopalniana 7 and a return to Mikołowska Street
In the second quarter of 2025, the sale and construction of the Kopalniana 7 investment in Katowice began. This address is located in one of the most characteristic areas of the city – in the immediate vicinity of the Silesian Museum, the NOSPR concert hall, and Spodek. In the background – the history of a mining city, in the foreground – modern architecture and urban lifestyle.
The project comprises 48 apartments ranging in size from approx. 30 to 98 m². Functional layouts, large windows, balconies, and terraces make it an attractive proposition for both future residents and investors. An additional advantage is the immediate vicinity of Bogucki Park, which serves as a green backdrop – a space for walking, recreation, and relaxation. Apartment prices starting at PLN 10,100/m² place the project in the affordable housing segment, and in such a unique location.

In the second half of the year, we once again marked our presence in Katowice by launching a new, prestigious stage of the award-winning Nova Mikołowska – City Garden development on Mikołowska Street.
The four-story building with 23 apartments is being built in the green heart of the city, right next to a square with beautiful trees. Well-thought-out floor plans – ranging from approx. 37 to 81 m² – large windows and terraces of up to approx. 27 m² create space for people who want to combine the dynamics of the city center with daily contact with nature.
Nova Mikołowska – City Garden is an offer for customers who expect more than just a standard square meter. It is a prestigious downtown address, just a few steps away from a peaceful, green square.

Gliwice – success of the housing estate on Dolna Street start of the second stage
In 2025, Gliwice was one of the key locations on our map of activities. It was here, on Dolna Street, that we completed the sale and construction of the housing estate in the middle of the year – all apartments found buyers, and we handed over the last keys to the owners. The project, consisting of five modern residential buildings, sold out completely even before the construction work was completed.
After years of intensive presence primarily in Katowice, it was the housing estate on Dolna Street that became a symbol of our return to the Gliwice market. The sales results and the pace of commercialization confirmed that both the strategy and the chosen location were well-thought-out decisions – and Gliwice remains a market with great potential for us in the coming years.

The success of the first stage encouraged us to stay in this part of the city for longer. In the middle of the year, we announced the purchase of a neighboring plot on Górna Street, where the second stage will be built.
The project involves the construction of four new buildings with modern architecture, featuring eco-friendly solutions, including photovoltaic installations and electric car charging stations, as well as abundant greenery. The plans include planting over 160 trees and hundreds of square meters of shrubs, which will further emphasize the green character of the estate.
In November 2025, the sale of apartments in the housing estate on Górna Street (II) officially began, and construction started at the beginning of December. The first stage of the project includes two buildings – B1 and B3 – with 34 apartments in each. Already in the first week after the start of construction, some of the apartments found buyers, which clearly showed how much interest there is in new apartments in this part of Gliwice.

Krakow – We are developing Ruczaj, strengthening our position in Płaszów, and opening up the northern direction.
The year 2025 in Krakow marks, on the one hand, the completion of an important stage in the Wodna Street area and, on the other, the opening of a new chapter on Przewóz Street.
In the middle of the year, we completed the sale of all 31 apartments in the Staw Płaszowski II development. This is the fourth and final project carried out by Activ Investment on Wodna Street, following Wodna 34, Wodna II, and Staw Płaszowski I. This intimate building with glazed balconies, gardens on the ground floor, and refined architecture concludes a series of developments that have contributed to the new residential character of this part of Płaszów in recent years. Construction is scheduled to be completed at the end of September 2025, and the keys will be handed over after technical acceptance.

In July 2025, a new location joined the Krakow portfolio – a plot on Przewóz Street. The purchase of the land paves the way for the construction of another multi-family building in this part of the city, which strengthens our presence in south-eastern Krakow and is in line with our strategy of consistent development in the Płaszów area.

We continue our activities in Ruczaj
In 2025, the Kameralny Ruczaj investment was also intensively implemented in Krakow. The construction, which began at the end of November 2024, has entered a key phase – advanced facade work is currently underway on the building, and the interiors are gradually taking shape. The project is very popular with customers, as evidenced by the fact that only 15 apartments remain on offer, which allows us to be optimistic about the finalization of sales as construction work progresses.

Return to the north of Krakow
In 2025, we are also finalizing an important transaction – the purchase of a plot of land in the north of Krakow, in the Krowoderski Park area. An intimate development comprising nearly 60 apartments will be built there. For us, this is a symbolic return to this part of the city after the success of the Banacha II project, but this time in a location closer to the center and even better connected to key points in Krakow. The new project in the north will be a natural complement to our offer in Płaszów, strengthening Activ Investment's presence in two strategic parts of the city.
Warsaw – a strong debut for ŚwiatoVida
Warsaw is still a relatively new market for Activ Investment, but it is already one of the most important highlights of recent years. In Tarchomin, right next to Galeria Północna, ŚwiatoVida is growing – our first project in the capital, which quickly proved to be a bestseller in this part of the city. We recorded monthly sales of 12-20 apartments, which was one of the best results on the local market. By the beginning of November, over 93% of the units had already been sold – only 20 of the 305 apartments on offer remained.
The most popular were compact two-room apartments up to 39 m², eagerly chosen by singles, young couples, and investors, as well as functional three- and four-room apartments with an area of approx. 60 m², chosen primarily by families looking for comfortable living space.
Work on the construction site is progressing according to schedule – facade work is underway in building B1, building B2 has reached the closed shell stage, and completion of construction work is planned for early 2027. ŚwiatoVida shows that our offer responds well to the needs of customers in the capital, combining functional layouts, competitive prices, and a convenient location in a dynamically developing part of Warsaw.

Awards and distinctions – Nova Mikołowska on the international stage
The year 2025 is also a time of significant success in the field of architecture. The Nova Mikołowska housing estate project in Katowice has been recognized internationally and received the title of “Award Winner” in the Architecture Multiple Residence category in the prestigious International Property Awards 2025–2026 competition. This is one of the most important awards in the real estate industry – the competition, often referred to as the “Real Estate Oscars,” brings together projects evaluated by dozens of experts chaired by members of the British House of Lords.
Nova Mikołowska is a complex of two residential buildings located on the outskirts of the so-called Old Katowice. The idea behind the project was to complement the historic buildings of the city center and combine the dynamic character of the downtown area with an open, friendly public space. This international award is in line with the project's achievements to date – Nova Mikołowska previously won the SARP 2024 Award of the Year and a distinction in the “Architecture of the Year of the Silesian Province 2024” competition. This success is the result of the work of the entire team, partners, and associates involved in the project.

B2B projects – Racławicka in Krakow
In 2025, B2B cooperation with institutional partners was an important area of our activity. We completed the construction of a building on Racławicka Street in Krakow, carried out for Zeitgeist Asset Management.
The modern ZEITRAUM facility, certified to the BREEAM standard, combines a student section (PBSA – 289 places) and a PRS segment with 182 fully furnished apartments for rent. In September, the building welcomed its first residents and students, becoming an important point on the map of modern, sustainable forms of accommodation in Krakow.

Summary
The year 2025 at Activ Investment will be marked by strong closures, bold launches, and consistent building of a presence in key locations: from downtown Katowice and green Gliwice, through Krakow's Płaszów, to the dynamically developing Tarchomin. It is also another step towards sustainable, well-designed housing estates that meet the needs of both residents and investors. The coming years will see the development of these directions – on plots of land that were only just being included in our plans in 2025, new buildings and new stories of residents will soon begin to grow.
