Racławicka - Rental apartment project

Responding to market needs, we have completed a unique investment for Zeitgeist Asset Management, a company specializing in development services and asset management for private and institutional investors.

The investment on Racławicka Street in Krakow was completed as a modern, BREEAM-certified ZEITRAUM building, combining high living comfort with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the city center. The project also reflects our commitment to ESG principles.

The building offers 289 PBSA units and 182 fully furnished PRS apartments. Both parts are operated by ZEITRAUM Hospitality & Living, a subsidiary of Zeitgeist Asset Management.
In September 2025, the building welcomed its first residents, becoming a vibrant space for learning and everyday life.
