Plot on Przewóz Street in Krakow purchased! – Preparations for a new investment are underway.
We are pleased to announce that Activ Investment is expanding its Krakow portfolio with a new location! We have completed the purchase of a plot of land located at Przewóz Street (Podgórze district). The construction of a multi-family residential building is planned for this site in the near future.
According to the design assumptions, the investment will include:
- one 8-story residential building,
- 68 units of various sizes (from approximately 37 to 79 m²),
- parking spaces – both in the underground garage, on the ground floor, and outside.
An excellent location to live
The location on Przewóz Street is a convenient place for everyday life – there is a tram and bus stop nearby, from which you can easily get to the city center and other districts of Krakow. Current stage: formal preparations
Preparatory work related to the implementation of the investment is currently underway, including the preparation of documentation and final design work. The sales process is planned to start in the coming weeks.
