On 13 December, we had the opportunity to take part in the Advent Market for the residents of Ligota in Gliwice, the highlight of which was a visit from Santa Claus. Santa prepared surprises for the youngest participants, and we were happy to add our own contribution — we were pleased to be one of the sponsors of the children’s gifts.
The market was held right next to the primary school, in a place that naturally brings the local community together and creates a wonderful, family-friendly atmosphere. Events like this show how vibrant the neighbourhood is — neighbourly, active and close-knit.
What is especially important to us is that the market location is only about a 5-minute walk from our plot, where the Area Park II development is taking shape. We are glad to be part of this community and to genuinely support local initiatives — while also creating new homes here that will feel like a natural extension of this everyday, neighbourhood convenience..
