We are pleased to announce that we have recently completed the construction of a housing estate on Dolna Street in Gliwice. This stage of the investment involved the construction of five modern residential buildings with over 100 apartments. Thanks to its attractive location, well-thought-out layout, and high standard, the project attracted enormous interest—all apartments found their owners, and the sale was a complete success.

Dynamic sales and positive reception of the first stage of the housing estate have become an impulse for further activity in this part of Gliwice. That is why we decided to purchase another plot of land on Górna Street, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the completed housing estate on Dolna Street. This is where the second stage of the investment will be built.

Intensive design work is currently underway to create modern buildings that meet the needs of today's residents – singles, couples, and families looking for comfortable and functional layouts.

What will be built in stage II?

The planned second stage of the housing estate will include the construction of four residential buildings. The architecture will be a development of the concept proven on Dolna Street – modern design combined with functionality and well-designed common areas.

The housing estate will also feature modern eco-friendly solutions and amenities for residents:

  • photovoltaics – panels will provide some of the energy for the common areas,
  • four charging stations for electric cars,
  • greenery and plantings – as part of the tree felling decision, we have committed to replacing the trees with 163 new trees and 400 m² of shrubs, which will make the housing estate even greener and more livable.

Location advantage

The new part of the housing estate will be built in a quiet and well-connected part of Gliwice – in the southwestern part of the city, near the A4 motorway. This location ensures convenience in everyday life and quick access – the center of Katowice can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.

What's next?

The start of construction and sale of apartments in the second stage of the housing estate on Górna Street is planned for later this year. This is a continuation of a project that is already popular with residents and is an important point on the map of residential investments in Gliwice. A new plot of land in Gliwice has been purchased. After the success of the housing estate on Dolna Street, it is time for another project.
