We are pleased to announce that the sale of apartments in the Staw Płaszowski II development has been officially completed. All 31 units have found their owners – thank you for your tremendous interest and trust in us.
Staw Płaszowski II is the fourth and final development by Activ Investment on Wodna Street in Krakow. In recent years, we have focused our activities on Płaszów – a district which, thanks to its excellent location, proximity to recreational areas, and convenient public transport links, is gaining increasing recognition among the residents of Krakow.
All of our previous investments in this area – Wodna 34, Wodna II, Staw Płaszowski I, and Staw Płaszowski II – have been very well received. Staw Płaszowski II concludes this series as a unique project, both in terms of location and standard of construction. An intimate building with only 31 apartments, glazed balconies, green gardens on the ground floor, and attention to every architectural detail – all this has contributed to the success of this investment.
Intensive construction work is currently underway on the site, which will be completed at the end of September 2025. Then, after technical acceptance and formalities, the handover of keys is planned.
This is not the end of our activities in Płaszów!
Although the Staw Płaszowski II project has come to an end, Activ Investment is not slowing down. On August 26, 2025, we launched our new investment in Płaszów – Mój Przewóz.
It is a modern, 8-story building with 68 apartments of various sizes, ideal for singles, couples, and families. Its location on Przewóz Street provides quick access to the city center, green areas, and full urban infrastructure.
