Where do we look for land?
We acquire investment land throughout Poland. We focus on both the largest agglomerations and medium-sized cities that are developing dynamically and offer clear growth potential.

What type of land are we interested in?
We are interested in land intended for residential development – single-family and multi-family. We also consider mixed-use land, which allows for projects combining residential and commercial space (e.g., retail and service premises on the ground floor).

What type of land are we interested in?
We prefer undeveloped land. We also accept properties with existing buildings, provided that the legal and technical status allows for the efficient preparation of the site for a new investment (including demolition).

Should the plot have a building permit?
We prefer to analyze land with a building permit already obtained. At the same time, we have a team that comprehensively manages the investment preparation process – from planning analyses to obtaining administrative decisions. In the absence of a permit, it is possible to conclude a preliminary agreement, with the transaction being finalized after obtaining a building permit.
