We are pleased to announce that on February 9, we began handing over keys to apartments in the Staw Płaszowski II development. This is an important moment for the entire team and, above all, for our customers-construction has been completed and all 31 apartments have been sold. Staw Płaszowski II is the fourth and final investment project carried out by Activ Investment on Wodna Street in Krakow. In recent years, we have consistently developed Płaszów - a district that combines excellent transport links to the city center, access to recreational areas, and increasingly better urban infrastructure. Our projects in this location – Wodna 34, Wodna II, Staw Płaszowski I, and Staw Płaszowski II - have been very well received by the market, and the current stage of handover is the natural culmination of this series.
