Staw Płaszowski II

Staw Płaszowski II in Kraków

The Staw Płaszowski II investment is a modern, three-story residential building, which is Activ Investment's most intimate project on Wodna Street in Krakow. The facility comprises only 31 apartments ranging in size from 28 to 79 sq m. Construction was completed in the first quarter of 2026, and the keys were handed over to residents in February 2026.

This project is the final stage of our long-term presence in this part of Płaszów. Staw Płaszowski II, alongside the previously completed investments Wodna 34, Wodna II, and Staw Płaszowski I, completes the comprehensive development of the quarter, which combines proximity to the city center with the unique recreational values of the area. The investment is part of the development strategy for the district, which is characterized by excellent transport links and a dynamically developing urban infrastructure.
Years of construction: 2024 - 2026
