Residential development on Górna Street in Gliwice enters the next phase of construction. 13 apartments sold at the very start of the project

The second phase of the residential development on Górna Street in Gliwice is gaining momentum. Buildings B1 and B3 have reached the level of the first above-ground floor, becoming a visible element of the urban landscape. Importantly, as many as 13 units have already been sold at this early stage of construction.

The development is a natural continuation of the previously completed project, which was entirely sold out. If you are looking for a new apartment in Gliwice, this new phase expands on a proven architectural concept - functional apartment layouts, well-organized development, and attention to high-quality green spaces. Currently, construction works are focused on buildings B1 and B3, which have already risen above ground level.

“Reaching the first above-ground floor is the moment when the development begins to truly function within the city space. We are pleased that sales are progressing in parallel with construction - 13 apartments sold at this stage confirms that the Gliwice market appreciates well-designed projects in well-connected, green locations,” says Monika Kudełko, Director of Strategy and Marketing Communication at Activ Investment.

Project scale and offer structure

Ultimately, the development will consist of four buildings with a total of 136 apartments ranging from 30 to 64 m². The currently developed buildings B1 and B3 will each include 34 units.

The apartment mix has been designed to meet diverse buyer needs:

  • 1- and 2-room apartments – ideal as a first home or a secure capital investment
  • 3- and 4-room apartments – with a clear separation of living and private zones, tailored to family needs

Each apartment features a balcony, while ground-floor units include private gardens. The buildings are equipped with silent elevators and modern common areas, enhancing everyday comfort.

Greenery as a key element of the concept

Landscape architecture is an integral part of the project. The development will include over 160 trees and more than 400 m² of shrubs and ornamental plants.

The location ensures a balance between a quiet environment and access to urban infrastructure. Proximity to the Silesian University of Technology, Arena Gliwice, and convenient connections to the A1 and A4 motorways as well as DTŚ make the project attractive both for future residents and investors interested in stable long- or short-term rental opportunities.

The progress of construction and current sales structure confirm that the development meets market expectations – as a project continuing a proven formula, developed in one of the most promising areas of Gliwice.
