A Major Milestone in Warsaw: ŚwiatoVida Reaches 100% Sales

All apartments at the ŚwiatoVida development, located on Pałuków Street in Warsaw’s Białołęka district, have now been sold. Sales were completed before the entire project was finished, making this achievement particularly significant for us. ŚwiatoVida marks Activ Investment’s debut on the Warsaw residential property market.

The strong sales performance has been accompanied by rapid construction progress. Building B1 is now virtually complete, while Building B2 will be delivered ahead of the original schedule. Although completion was initially planned for March 2027, construction work is now expected to conclude in 2026.

All Apartments Have Found Their Owners

ŚwiatoVida is being developed on Pałuków Street, directly adjacent to Galeria Północna shopping centre. From the outset, the project attracted considerable interest from both owner-occupiers and clients purchasing apartments as rental investments.

The success of the development was driven by a combination of functional apartment layouts, contemporary architecture and a location offering convenient access to shops, services, public transport and essential everyday amenities.

Completing apartment sales before the end of construction confirms that the project successfully responded to the needs and expectations of Warsaw’s residential property market.

Building B1 Nears Completion

Construction work on Building B1 is now almost complete. The installations, façade, roof, plasterwork, flooring and windows have all been completed. Finishing work in the common areas, as well as the landscaping of the courtyard and the area surrounding the building, is now entering its final stage.

The building has already achieved its final architectural appearance. Current work is focused primarily on final finishing, cleaning, inspections and handover preparations.

Building B2 to Be Completed Ahead of Schedule

Work on Building B2 is also progressing efficiently. The building structure and masonry walls have been completed, and all windows have been installed. The installations, plasterwork, flooring and façade are now at an advanced stage.

Construction teams have already begun interior finishing work. At the same time, landscaping work is being carried out in the courtyard and throughout the surrounding development area.

The original schedule anticipated completion of the building in March 2027. Thanks to efficient project management and the strong pace of construction, we now expect the work to be completed in 2026.
