The 4 Towers estate is located in Katowice on Chorzowska Street, adjacent to the Silesian Park. The project consists of four 15-story residential buildings set on a common three-story base, which is the uniform base of the building. The development includes 550 apartments and more than 650 parking spaces. The first floor of the development includes commercial premises for retail and services, occupying an area of almost 6,500 sqm.
