Gliwice, Dolna Street

The construction of the housing estate on Dolna Street in Gliwice was officially completed in the second quarter of 2025. The investment involved the construction of five four-story buildings, completed in three stages. All 102 apartments were sold before the completion of construction works.

Residents have access to, among other things, photovoltaic installations, a car-free zone between the buildings, and shared green areas. This is the first Activ Investment project in years to be implemented on the Gliwice real estate market.
