Activ Investment is preparing a new investment on Mikołowska Street in Katowice.
A long-awaited investment in the heart of Katowice is approaching. In mid-2025, we purchased one of the best-located plots in the city center – at the intersection of Mikołowska and Strzelecka streets. This is where an intimate, premium-class building with 18 apartments will be built, designed with comfort and high quality of life in mind. Surrounded by greenery, the investment will soon enrich the Katowice real estate market.
Conceptual and design work is currently underway, as are procedures related to obtaining the necessary administrative permits. Construction is scheduled to begin later this year.
The new development will be located in the vicinity of the NOVA Mikołowska housing estate – an Activ Investment project that has been a sales success and has been recognized in prestigious architectural competitions for its urban coherence and design quality. Continuing this concept, our company plans to construct a modern building surrounded by greenery, which will be a natural complement to the existing buildings in this part of Katowice.
The project envisages the construction of apartments ranging in size from 37 to 95 m², designed with functionality, high standards of finish and plenty of natural light in mind. Prices for the apartments will start at PLN 10,850 per m².
The location of the plot in the immediate vicinity of the center of Katowice provides excellent access to urban infrastructure, universities, and cultural institutions, while maintaining peace and privacy. It is one of the few locations in the city that combines an urban character with intimate green surroundings.
