Our investment Braniborska 44 was included in the international competition Life Challange Award 2022. It is a prestigious competition in which the most interesting facades in Europe are awarded!

318 projects from 23 European countries entered the Baumit Life Challenge 2022. In Poland, 36 investments were reported. Out of all the entries, the jury selected 36 finalists.

In addition to realizations from Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, France, Spain, Ireland, Germany, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Hungary, Great Britain, Italy, 5 buildings from Poland registered in the final.

Our Braniborska 44 investment received the nomination in the category of "new multi-family building". This is a great distinction that we are proud of.
The evaluation of the projects was carried out by both professional juries and Internet users in an open online vote.
