The design and construction of Braniborska 44 received an honorable mention in the 2021 Façade of the Year competition and was nominated for the finals of the Baumit Life Challenge 2022 international competition.
318 projects from 23 European countries entered the competition as part of Baumit Life Challenge 2022. In Poland, 36 investments were submitted. From among all the entries, the jury selected 36 finalists.
In addition to the realizations from Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, France, Spain, Ireland, Germany, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Hungary, Great Britain, Italy, 5 buildings from Poland registered in the finals.
The Braniborska 44th investment received a nomination in the "new multi-family building" category. This is a great honor of which we are proud. The evaluation of the projects was carried out by both a professional jury and Internet users in an open online voting.
