We are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed the sale of all apartments within the Area Park Estate on Dolna Street in Gliwice. This is an important milestone—not only because of the project’s success but also because it marked our return to Gliwice after years of intensive activity in Katowice.
Three stages, five buildings
The project was carried out in three stages, comprising five low-rise residential buildings, each four stories high. Construction began at the end of 2022, starting with buildings A and B, offering 36 apartments with dedicated parking spaces, including those designed for residents with disabilities. The next phase, initiated in December 2023, delivered buildings C and D—adding 43 apartments and nearly 50 parking spaces. The final building (building E) is still under construction; although it will not be completed until the end of 2025, all units have already been sold. This exceptional interest from our customers is the best possible confirmation of the trust they place in us.

The environmental aspect of the estate is also significant. Photovoltaic panels have been installed on buildings to power common areas such as elevators, stairwell and corridor lighting. As a result, residents enjoy reduced operational costs, while the entire estate benefits from clean, renewable energy requiring minimal external power and negligible maintenance.
Car-free zones mean safety and comfort
The Area Park Estate also stands for exceptional living comfort—featuring a safe, car-free internal layout, abundant greenery, and a cozy atmosphere in a prime location. The proximity to major city routes, public transportation, the Silesian University of Technology, and Arena Gliwice enhances daily convenience for residents.
