Construction of Phase II of the Area Park investment in Gliwice has begun! This marks a significant step for us in the creation of a modern residential space in the Ligota Zabrska district on Dolna Street.
Currently, the work is focused on preparing the reinforcement for the buildings, in preparation for the subsequent casting of the foundation slab. Despite winter conditions, the construction is progressing according to plan.
As part of Phase II, two modern buildings (C and D) will be erected, offering a total of 43 apartments ranging from 36 to 55 square meters. Although the construction is in its early stages, we are pleased to announce that 7 out of the 43 apartments have already been sold. It is immensely satisfying for us to see our investment attracting new residents.
