The design of the common areas combines functionality with a warm, modern aesthetic. A light, understated colour palette is complemented by a fashionable terracotta tone, adding warmth and a more distinctive character to the interiors. Paired with anthracite details and natural wood accents, it creates an elegant and cohesive composition.
Particular attention has been paid to the entrance area. Here, wooden slats are combined with anthracite mailboxes, creating an elegant contrast with the terracotta walls. The combination of natural wood, deep graphite tones and warm colours gives the space a distinctive, contemporary feel.
The corridors feature large mirrors designed to visually enlarge the space and add a sense of lightness. The interiors are completed by lifts finished in stainless steel and minimalist apartment signage.
Warm colours, carefully selected materials and refined details come together to create a coherent, contemporary interior. Our aim was to ensure that the common areas are not only attractive, but also functional and comfortable to use every day.
