We have reached another important milestone in the construction of buildings B1 and B3 at
Osiedle Area Park II in Gliwice. The structure of the buildings is now clearly visible, and construction is moving into the next stage. Construction Manager Piotr Ferenc explains the current progress:

We have now completed Stage IV of the development, which included the open shell structure together with the slab above the fourth floor. The main structural works have been completed, so the final form of the buildings is now clearly visible.

We are now moving on to Stage V. In the coming weeks, our work will focus on building partition walls, installing windows and carrying out concealed installation works.

Nearby amenities include Arena Gliwice, the Silesian University of Technology and green recreational areas, while the city centre can be reached quickly by car.

Apartments ready in next year

The four buildings will comprise a total of 136 apartments ranging in size from 30 to 64 m². The variety of sizes and layouts makes the development suitable for singles, couples and families with children. Completion of buildings B1 and B3 is scheduled for Q3 2027, which means selected apartments will be ready for handover as early as next year.

As construction progresses, it is becoming increasingly easy to see the final form of the buildings. Future residents can already choose an apartment tailored to their needs, with a balcony, terrace or private garden.

Green Surroundings and Solutions Designed to Reduce Common-Area Running Costs

Osiedle Area Park II has been designed with extensive landscaping and carefully planned common areas. The development will feature as many as 163 trees and over 400 m² of shrubs and ornamental planting, creating a pleasant natural space between the buildings for walking, relaxing and spending time outdoors.

The buildings will also be equipped with 10 kW photovoltaic systems installed on the roofs. The electricity generated will be used to support the shared infrastructure of each building. Solar energy will help power, among other things, lifts, rooftop ventilation systems and low-voltage installations. It will also support common-area lighting, HVAC equipment and other technical systems serving the property.

The photovoltaic system will not cover the building’s entire electricity demand. However, using solar energy to power common areas may help reduce their operating and maintenance costs.

Osiedle Area Park II combines green surroundings with functional apartments and solutions designed to enhance everyday comfort. The technologies used throughout the development are also intended to support more efficient operation and maintenance of the buildings.
