Activ Investment has launched a new investment in the area of Górka Narodowa in the north of Kraków. Banacha II is a continuation of the investment, which was implemented at ul. S. Banacha in the years 2015 – 2019. Now on the opposite side of the street on the hill Activ will build 2 eight-storey buildings. Of the 232 premises, a significant part will be apartments, from which there will be a view of the entire panorama of Krakow.
Banacha II is a continuation of an investment project carried out by Activ Investment in recent years in the area of Górka Narodowa in the north of Krakow. Located on a hill, the investment was designed for people looking for an apartment in a quiet place in the north of Krakow with convenient access to infrastructure and quick access to the city center.
The project will build two eight-storey residential buildings with a garage hall, an outdoor parking lot and 232 apartments with an area of 26 to 61 m². A significant part will be apartments with a view of the entire panorama of Krakow.
Banacha II is located in the area of Prądnik Biały/Górka Narodowa at Banacha St., directly connected to al. 29 listopada, one of the main parts of Kraków.
A great advantage of the investment is the well-developed infrastructure and the proximity to retail and service outlets ensuring a comfortable life. Within 400 meters there is a supermarket, kindergarten, nursery, pharmacy and church.
The investment is very well connected with the center of Krakow. Thanks to the proximity of bus stops, which are 5 minutes' walk from the estate, it only takes 15 minutes to get to the center, and once the construction of the Krowodrza Górka - Górka Narodowa tram line is completed in 2023, transport will be further improved.
This is not the only large investment in the north of Krakow. In the coming years, the modernisation of 29 Listopada Avenue, the northern bypass of Kraków, and the construction of the S7 route are also planned.
The construction is scheduled to commence in the fourth quarter of 2020.
